Mobility is a widely known problem in Belgium (and beyond). It is not by defending people to drive that one will lower traffic pressure. It is by being creative in our solution. So we asked artists to think about an out-of-the-box concept to solve the traffic jams problem. The results were amazing and very inspiring. But we must admit : none of them thought of a pandemic to solve traffic jams...
