A 125 year anniversary is a clear milestone. We always want to find a link. And we found out that 125 years earlier, the Eiffel Tower was inaugurated. So… We had our link, and we created a real cabaret atmosphere, as you can only find in Paris. We had Olivier Laurent as our cabaretier, adapted food experience, stunning wines and cognacs and the after party... Well, what happens in Paris, stays in Paris!
