5 Steps to Creating a Creative Corporate Event Concept

Many (starting) event managers struggle to find a creative ànd relevant event concept for their corporate clients.
We will guide you through 5 simple steps to make this job easier for you.

Step 1. Read the briefing of your client thoroughly. Lots of missed event concepts are due to event managers that do not read the briefing well. Analyze the briefing strategically, by applying all the marketing knowledge you have acquired.

Step 2. Ask questions. Try to understand what your client wants by asking questions. What is the objective of your client? Why do they want to organise this event? Do they have more details about the target group? What events have they done before? These questions will help you understand your client better.

Step 3. Take some time to do some research. Read magazines, listen to the world around you, watch Youtube films, ask your friends, observe people you know who are part of the target group of your client. It will help you to be creative in a relevant way.

Step 4. Find a link between your ideas and your client's briefing. A great conceptname will help you to make your concept stronger.

Step 5. Visualise. A strong and appealing image will help you to sell your concept. Because you do not only sell a concept. You also sell a mood and an emotion.
